Eligibility: Goodealzz is offering 14 Days Free Refund policy whereas after 14 days you will not have option to avail complete or partial refund against your order. Our 14-day return policy applies to most products purchased from GooDealzz, excluding certain items such as perishable goods, and personalized/customized items. Please refer to our website or contact our customer service for specific details on eligible products.

Timeframe: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for eligible products. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.

Return Process: To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team through our website (or visit this link) or by phone. Our friendly customer service representatives will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product. Please note that the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact for the return to be eligible.

Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process a refund or exchange, as per your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and exchanges will be subject to product availability.

Non-Refundable Items: Please note that certain items, such as gift cards, are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Cancellation: For cancellation, you can do that before the order is dispatched.

Return: You have to contact the seller and have to discuss the issue of the product. Where as under Goodealzz’s Return and Exchange policy you can only claim your return or exchange with in 30 days of your order delivery. After that Goodealzz couldn’t help you in any matter.

Please Note that return will be sent and handled directly by seller and we request buyers to contact sellers before returning any item. Moreover no return will be handled by Goodealzz personally on it address.

Return Shipping Method: We use STRIPE payment method for returning the product.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee for eligible returns.

Condition of Returned Product: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Any product that is damaged, used, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund or exchange, at our discretion.
